When you use Rasa, we may collect:

Account information: Email address and display name when you sign up
Health data: Food scans, nutrition logs, sleep logs, weight logs, and progress photos you choose to save
Usage data: How you interact with the app to improve our service

How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Rasa health tracking service
To process your food scans using AI (OpenAI GPT-4 Vision)
To display your personal health dashboard and progress
To process payments if you subscribe to Premium

Data Security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use Supabase with Row Level Security, meaning only you can access your personal data. Our servers are hosted in Singapore for fast, secure access in Southeast Asia.

AI Processing

When you scan food, the image is sent to OpenAI's API for analysis. Images are processed in real-time and are not stored by OpenAI for training purposes. We use their API with data privacy protections enabled.

Third-Party Services

Supabase: Database and authentication
OpenAI: AI food scanning and nutrition analysis
Stripe: Payment processing (we never see your card details)

Your Rights

You can:

Access all your personal data within the app
Delete your account and all associated data at any time
Export your data upon request
